Ian, Sandra, Rob and the team at Winkworth Newbury did a fantastic job from start to finish for us. They have real knowledge and expertise of the local market. They marketed our house for sale extremely well, attracting good interest and offers and keeping us well informed throughout and then were able to switch quickly to getting us well qualified tenants when they found the perfect house for us and we wanted to proceed quickly on it . The whole thing made it through to completion in a calm and efficient way and most of been one of the fastest completions of 2018! Thank you.

We recently purchased a home with Winkworth Newbury and overall it was a great experience. Sam did an amazing job from start to finish. We knew we could depend on him to answer questions promptly and to be honest and transparent with us all the way through, there was never any fast-talking or skirting around potential issues. He never tried to push a hard sell and seemed more interested in really ensuring that we had all the information we needed and were confident with the sale. He navigated us through the purchase process with ease, constantly answering our questions and ensuring everyone in the sales process was aligned, occasionally even playing middle man and getting (and keeping) everyone on track to a successful completion. We have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Newbury.
