GoogleWe've been viewing a few properties with Winkworth, and I'm really impressed with them so far. Sam and Mollie have shown us around the properties and they have both been lovely and helpful - and we are really pleased with the communication from them. They have been extremely knowledgeable about the properties, and have gone the extra mile to answer any questions we had.

GoogleWonderful service! I am a landlord and for years had really struggled with another letting agent and experienced appalling service and errors - time after time. I had the opportunity to change and chose Winkworths Newbury and they have been absolutely brilliant in finding me a new tenant (whom I selected out of 16 applications!). Ian, Tamsin and Amber (it was she who conducted all the many viewings) all did a really incredible job - so efficient, friendly and professional. Thanks so much to all of you.

GoogleI have worked with Winkworth Estate Agents to sell my property in Newbury. They are extremely experienced and knowledgeable Estate Agents who take pride in their work and deliver a high quality service, they will work with you to get your property sold for a good market price. The professionalism I received from Winkworth was outstanding, I never had to wait long before I would have a reply from any communication I sent and it was always by the end of the day of which I sent it. They kept in regular contact with me throughout the process and kept me well informed of what was happening, through my preferred form of communication. I would highly recommend them, they may cost a bit more than other high street branches but you definitely get your value back through the personal, quality and professional way they conduct their sales and business.

GoogleA first-class, highly professional and helpful estate agency which I couldn't recommend highly enough! I appointed Winkworth in Newbury to act as agents to sell my property in October 2021. Being a resident of Australia and living in a different time zone, it was really important for me to receive regular updates on how things were progressing throughout the sale process - and that's exactly what I got! After an introductory video call to discuss our options and strategy, I was kept informed about the viewing numbers through the online portal and any forthcoming offers. Fortunately (and amazingly!) my property completed incredibly quickly in a little under three months just before Christmas. I have been delighted with the service received from Ian and Sandra and couldn't recommend this agency highly enough!

After some research I decided to go with Ian from Winkworth as they have an impeccable reputation in both Sales and Lettings and a very personable approach. Ian and the Team did not dissapoint, they managed to rent my property extremely quickly and efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. Certainly took the stress away from me. I would most definitely recommend Winkworth and what I love most about Ian and the Team is that they treat people how they would like yo be treated a rare quality found these days! Thank you! 😀

GoogleI have used Ian Haines of Winkworths for many years as a seller and landlord. I had my most difficult rental tenant exit this year ever, which resulted in me having to claim the deposit from the DPS and deal with a tenant whose "fiction" was delivered as facts. Throughout the debacle Winkworths acted with complete professionalism and gave me solid guidance and advice. If you are a landlord or a seller and want rolls royce service this is the agent for you.

I spent a long time looking for an apartment (a story many renters in the area will relate too) so had dealings with most of the major real estate players in Newbury - Winkworth outshone them all and then some. Tamsin (WN Property Manager) must receive an extra special mention. She was available, prompt, organised, helpful, thoughtful, kind and ensured anything and everything I queried or needed to action was managed seamlessly. She ensured I was never put-out and went above and beyond to make my time renting through Winkworth an absolute pleasure. Don't waste your time with other agencies - whether renting or buying. This group are the consummate professionals and are the only option for anyone who is time poor and wants to work with people who are knowledgeable, have clear processes, get things done fast, and will not only get the job done but be there for the entire process - always helpful and gracious. GoogleWe have just bought our new house through Winkworths and can honestly say that we would never use them again - but only because they found us the last house we will ever buy!!!! Sandra and Rob looked after us from the outset and could not have done any more for us. They were always available to provide advice, support and guidance whenever we needed it. They were never short of professional yet personal. We would recommend them in a flash and can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us. A first class service from a first class team!!!

GoogleWe bought a property from Winkworth of Newbury in what ended up being a long and difficult chain. Rob Marson proved to be an outstanding agent who worked tirelessly to ensure that the exchange of contracts came together in a timely manner. He took the lead in co-ordinating the whole process and kept us fully informed at all times. I would definitely recommend this agency and Rob in particular, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
