GoogleSam at Winkworth was very helpful throughout the process, from when we were first valuing the house (and were not yet ready to engage an agent), right through to sale (including little favours like getting a meter reading which was really helpful!).

GoogleThe property we rented for over 4 years was managed by Winkworth Newbury. We've had a great experience with them, they're very professional and always helpful. Our agent (Tamsin) went above and beyond and always attended the matters quickly and resolved them for us. They were also super helpful when we were looking for a new property. I'd highly recommend this agent.

GoogleWe viewed houses through a number of different Estate Agents and found the level of service varied hugely. We found the viewings through Winkworth to be very professional, honest, non pushy and non 'salesy'. Equally, when it came to making an offer and progressing our purchase, I always felt that I could have an honest conversation with the office with straight talking and no games. I would highly recommend using Winkworth Newbury.

GoogleI bought my rental property through Winkworths several years ago. As a first time landlord I found Ian's help and advice to be invaluable. Since then Winkworths have helped me with the lettings process and have always found me excellent tenants. Tamsin's help and support through each tenancy change has meant that the process has been hassle free. GoogleHighly unprofessional. We viewed apartment and agreed to take apartment for rent and next day they sent documents to sign and on top of which we responded with some changes needed. They didn’t even bother to call or respond to the email instead they proceeded letting the apartment to someone else. Would not recommend their service. When we called next day the apartment was let agreed to someone else.
