Ahead of proceeding with the offer, we had to follow up our initial viewings (e.g. to scope out the possibility of a loft conversion) and this was all done enthusiastically. Communication with the vendor was also handled really well.

GoogleThe rental market in Exeter can be extremely tough, many agencies don’t even reply to emails, and when they do arrange a viewing, you often feel as if they’re doing you a favour rather than offering a service. With so much demand, agents and landlords don’t need to put effort into looking after tenants, and sadly, this often shows. My experience with Winkworth Exeter has been the complete opposite from the very first contact. Jasmine arranged the initial viewing quickly and with genuine care, and from that moment on everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. Sammi was simply outstanding, always friendly, responsive, and ready to help. She guided me through every step of the process, making what could have been stressful feel smooth and straightforward. Everything was done on time, with no delays, no chasing, no stress, just efficient and professional service from start to finish. It honestly felt like they cared about me finding the right home, not just about “filling a property.” That makes all the difference. I can wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Exeter to anyone looking to rent (or buy) a property. I know that when I’m ready to purchase, I’ll be turning to them again, and recommending them to everyone I know.

We spent a whole day researching all the agents in Exeter and decided on Winkworth, and from the first time we met Emily it was inspired choice. Emily not only sold our house within days , she achieved above the asking price and way above expectation. Throughout the selling process Emily and her team were brilliant, great communication and nothing was too much trouble. We have dealt with many estate agents over the years and I can honestly say that Emily and her team are without doubt the best we have encountered, they have restored our faith in what a good estate agent can and should be. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

GoogleI cannot fault my experience of purchasing my first home through Winkworth. Without the help of Emily, I would not have found and secured my dream home. I always felt confident everything was in hand and being dealt with in the most efficient way possible. I was given information, support and assurance throughout the process. I do not plan to move again anytime soon, however, if and when I do, I would without doubt use Winkworth. Life moves on! I have now rented out my property for personal reasons. Winkworth dealt with finding my tenants. I could not fault the experience. They were so helpful, efficient and lovely through out the process that I was sad when it came to an end. I could not recommend enough.

He understood our needs and clearly articulated that to the vendor. Thus we managed to secure the house and have recently exchanged contracts. Matt is very professional, a strong communicator and was regularly in touch with us to update at varoius stages of the conveyancing. From when I first contacted regarding selling our property they could not have been more helpful. Matthew is down to earth, very approachable and you really feel that he is working as hard as he can for you, without being pushy. GoogleIt has been a pleasure dealing with Winkworth and, in particular, with Emily Trump, who has been looking after my property. After having managed the property myself for the past two years, I decided that I would rather forego the hassle and seek a letting agent. After having read the positive reviews for the company, I approached Winkworth and Emily got back in touch straight away. Within a week, we had made a plan for making some improvements to the property and taking photos to start advertising. Throughout the process Emily was clear, rapid, and transparent in answering all of my questions (e.g., pricing, different scenarios/options), and has helped in organising work with outside contractors. My new tenants have just moved in and all has gone very smoothly. Would highly recommend!
