The Crystal Palace Team has supported me through the whole process of finding my future home from organising viewings, discussing my offer and then all the steps to completion last week. Kept communication lines open between buyer & sellers solicitors. Let me know what seller needed to proceed. Prompted me on what paperwork would be needed well in advance. Josh in particular has fantastic inter personal skills. Josh demonstrated his extensive knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process throughout my sale. Josh was always there to listen when I was stressed. Amy sent me all the paper work and dealt with things that needed to be done very efficiently. Conel also took me to extra viewings of the flat after I’d had my offer received. My emails were answered promptly, I could always get through to the office when I called. One particularly stressful day just before exchange I rang but Josh was out of the office… the person I spoke to knew exactly what was happening with my case and was able to reassure me. I think this again demonstrates great teamwork. I would recommend Winkworth Crystal Palace to friends and family after this experience. I would definitely use Winkworth CP services again. The whole team has hopefully though helped me find my forever home! Marcus Rosado was fantastic to deal with. He showed me a property twice, fitting me in at very short notice on both occasions and always working around my availability. He was friendly, patient, and went out of his way to get answers to my countless questions. Sadly, that’s not always my experience with estate agents, many seem to know very little about the properties they’re showing or don’t seem particularly interested. Marcus was the complete opposite. Even though I didn’t end up buying the property, I had a great experience dealing with him and would highly recommend him / his team.

We recently purchased a flat through Winkworth CP, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly James Jenkinson, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From the outset, James ensured a seamless experience. He worked closely with the seller to maintain momentum and was incredibly proactive in facilitating quick resolutions to the various issues that arose through the property's transaction, including intermediating between the multiple parties involved. James maintained clear and consistent communication with us at every stage. E.g Accepting last minute calls, very fast to respond over WhatsApp, making a point to regularly drop in for updates and always communicating updates and processes clearly. He also liaised effectively with our solicitor, ensuring that everyone remained aligned, which was critical given the tight stamp duty deadline we were working against. Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time, something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved. In short, James, and Winkworth CP, exemplifies exceptional customer service and professionalism.
