GoogleWow! What a fantastic agency. From the start of the process (interest, booking a viewing) up to the end of signing a rental agreement, Laura was an absolute star. She made sure we were comfortable with all the ins-and-outs and was always ready to answer questions and speak to the landlord. While on viewing, Aidan was very knowledgable about the flat and area, and was even happy to go the extra mile, answering all our intricate questions. Could not be more satisfied

GoogleHonestly do not know where to start! It's been pleasantly smooth from start to present. The viewing part with Aidan was open, transparent, and genuine from all angles. Laura Costa, on the other side, has done an equal fantastic job at communicating with us at all times. Emails and ALL questions (I mean ALL questions :-) ) were responded to in prompt timings, and with nothing to hide. We deeply appreciate the hard work, as well as professionalism that Aidan, Laura, and the entire Winkworth Crystal Place team, have put in to helping us move in this new lovely property as smoothly, and early as possible. Thank you SO much for such sleek service, and attention to details. Happy to recommend you ANYTIME!

GoogleVery happy w Winkworth! We had trouble selling our lovely Victorian house in a sellers' market and were stumped as to why. We were on the market during the stamp duty holiday for five and a half months with over 30 viewing and no offers, with no help from the previous agent as to why. Winkworth arrived, got the right buyers through the door, and had us under offer at an asking price we were happy with in just over a month. That's some serious magic there! Alex and Aidan were very helpful throughout the selling process and made sure communications kept flowing despite delays down the chain. GoogleI have had the pleasure of working with Aiden who was my agent negotiating the sale of our flat. Aiden was extremely helpful and efficient throughout the process, he was continually updating me on each step necessary to achieve the sale. We had many curve balls throughout the process, but he was extremely reassuring and helpful by keeping in touch and returning my calls even when he was on annual leave. GoogleWe contacted Winkworth Crystal Palace at Christmas time and had a call from Leroy to find out what sort of flat we were looking to rent - straight away he was engaging, friendly and polite, and I came off the phone from that first phone call feeling like he'd really listened to our requirements and wasn't just ticking boxes - unlike so many other estate agents we had been dealing with previously. After showing us round a flat we loved, we placed an offer with a very quick turnaround to the move in date. Leroy dealt with the negotiations with the landlord so superbly, we felt really supported and that Leroy was really on our side through the whole thing. We ended up having numerous phone calls back and forth over the space of a week, and Leroy was aways positive and kind, and really made us feel like he cared about our situation. We have now been in our flat for a month, and also have had a great experience with Katie who manages our property. Our first week of living in the flat came with an unexpected gas leak, and a problematic shower, but Katie was always at the end of the phone helping us to sort it out. I have been renting for the last 12 years, and I can hand on heart say this has been the best, most positive experience I have ever had renting a property! Was impressed by the whole experience - realistic pricing, good communications before and during viewings, and lots of friendly advice to me as this was my first time selling. The post-offer support was brilliant. There were more than a few hurdles to overcome (leasehold property) and Calum kept me sane, liaising with good humour between solicitors and myself and the buyers to understand resolve issues. GoogleWinkworth, and specifically Aidan, was professional and proactive throughout our sale. They worked in our best interests and gave sound, objective advice wherever possible. We'd had our fingers burnt by a previous Crystal Palace agency but I couldn't recommend Aidan more highly if you want someone who contradicts the (sometimes unfair) typical estate agent stereotype.
