Very happy w Winkworth! We had trouble selling our lovely Victorian house in a sellers' market and were stumped as to why. We were on the market during the stamp duty holiday for five and a half months with over 30 viewing and no offers, with no help from the previous agent as to why. Winkworth arrived, got the right buyers through the door, and had us under offer at an asking price we were happy with in just over a month. That's some serious magic there! Alex and Aidan were very helpful throughout the selling process and made sure communications kept flowing despite delays down the chain. However, the team and especially Aidan have changed our minds on this subject. Buying can be daunting and stressful. Despite delays and difficulties with solicitors, Aidan consistently went above and beyond to ensure the process kept moving quickly and spent time, drawing on significant knowledge and experience, to unblock obstacles during the journey. Wow! What a fantastic agency. From the start of the process (interest, booking a viewing) up to the end of signing a rental agreement, Laura was an absolute star. She made sure we were comfortable with all the ins-and-outs and was always ready to answer questions and speak to the landlord.
