GoogleThere are an excellent group of people at the Crystal Palace office. They are extremely helpful, highly responsive and have been very careful to ensure my needs have been met. My property needed a lot of work and i needed help to get it done. The CP office arranged for all work to be done in a timely manner and with good trades people. GoogleCalled on Saturday to ask about viewing a property. Was told that a colleague of theirs would call me on Monday morning to arrange. Not only did they not call, when I called I was told all the viewing slots for that flat were already booked since last week. So no communication (could have told me that when I called) and no callback to let me know either as agreed.

GoogleI recently had a blocked toilet in my flat and contacted Katie at Crystal Palace. I left a message and she called me back within the hour and managed to get a plumber over on the same day. The plumber, Sam, was a star and fixed everything within minutes. I was really impressed by Katie's efficiency in handling the situation whilst being friendly and empathetic. Literally within minutes of meeting Laura, I was being shown around a rental property that was perfect for my needs. Laura handled the subsequent negotiations and paperwork with professionalism and aplomb, allowing us to proceed at a good pace. The whole business was wrapped up rather quicker than I expected - great job!

GoogleWe went for a viewing with Aidan and he knew exactly what we were looking for renting wise. The property he showed us was a beautiful flat and exactly how he described it over the phone.
