GoogleWinkworth dealt with our moving application with professionalism and understanding. This was a transparent, supportive and speedy process, which was very much appreciated. GoogleI had no idea how difficult and soul destroying finding a property in Bath for my daughter to rent would be and had almost given up hope when I contacted Denise at Winkworths. She was sympathetic to my predicament, extremely knowledgeable, very patient and incredibly kind. Even though there were no houses available that met my brief, some quick lateral thinking led to her putting in a call to a landlady who might be able to help. Less than half an hour after my initial call, she came back to me and offered us a viewing. I am certain this was entirely down to the strong and trusted relationship Denise had with her client. Three days later she showed my daughter the property and patiently guided the girls through the letting process. I would not hesitate to recommend Denise to anyone looking to rent in Bath and if I was a property owner seeking to let my property, I would place it with Winkworth in Bath. The service has been sleek, efficient, warm and professional. Thank-you.

GoogleIt was not any easy decision to rent out our second home. It was a 2 bedroom Georgian flat that we had renovated ourselves - endless hours painting and a large amount of money spent meant that we had quite an emotional attachment as well as a financial commitment. The most import thing to us that it was that it was in a "safe pair of hands". The moment we met the team from Winkworth we knew that they understood how important it was to us not only to get a decent rental but more importantly to find the right sort of tenant. We are pleased to say they achieved both of these. In particular Denise has excelled at her job - not only very competent but also a great communicator. We are delighted - thank you.

GoogleBuying a property is apparently one of the most stressful things to do in life whether it is your first, second or ninety-ninth transaction. That is absolutely not the case when dealing with Leah Tattersall at Winkworth in Bath. From start to finish she was friendly, helpful and professional not least chasing up and dealing with a really complicated charge that I am sure would have defeated lesser agents. Thank you Chris, Denise, Maddie and particularly Leah - you've been absolute stars. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleMatthew and his team recently helped us negotiate a rather difficult house sale for my elderly mother. There were many false starts and twists and turns, but Matthew very patiently guided us through the process and when we were at our lowest ebb, he remained calm and positive throughout. The team worked very hard to keep everyone on board and the advice we were given was always fair and realistic. GoogleThoroughly recommend using Winkworth Bath for letting property - Denise Latham has exceeded expectations during the whole process. There was a tight turnaround between listing the property and having all documentation in place for the tenant; Denise managed the process to such a high standard and kept me updated throughout. Another standout point is that Denise has always taken the time to explain the process and answer every question that I had.

GoogleUnder the difficulties of Covid rules Matt was always at the end of the phone. My sale was not easy and he always made me feel confident and would tackle any problem immediately and communications were excellent. Matt was always professional, efficient, accommodating and Winkworths is one of the best estate agencies I have worked with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI recently bought and sold through Winkworth. The chain was quite long, with the bottom of the chain causing multiple delays over the months. However, Matthew was always quick to communicate and update. His calm approach was very reassuring. I would have no hesitation in using Winkworth's services in future.

GoogleFantastic family-run business. We put our house on the market with Winkworth and were so impressed from start to finish of the process. Lucy was wonderful to work with throughout, always kind, understanding and positive. We needed to get our house on the market quickly and Lucy made it happen. Within a week of the property going live on the website we had a day full of viewings booked in. Denise was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns and an absolute pleasure to deal with. GoogleLucy was very prompt with getting good photographs of my flat and putting the property online. It was on the market very quickly and there was a high level of interest. Lucy was always prompt for viewings and I was very pleased when a sale was agreed within a couple of weeks of having my flat on the market. Lucy and her team were always friendly and professional on the phone, keeping everyone informed about progress, and the sale went through successfully.

GoogleI rented a property from Winkworth for the final year of my undergraduate degree and from start to finish we had an excellent service. The contract signing process was smooth and efficient and we were assisted with all the questions we had. Any times issues arose Denise was on hand with a solution. Unfortunately during our tenancy the ceiling collapsed due to building works going on. Of course, this was nothing to do with Winkworth but in the aftermath the service we received was fantastic. Denise worked tirelessly to relocate us to a suitable property and ensured we received the compensation we deserved for the poor quality of service the landlord was offering. Denise turned what should have been a very stressful experience, particularly during exams, into a much more manageable one. If you're looking to rent a property in Bath, I could not recommend Winkworth and Denise enough.
