GoogleI have had nothing but excellent service from the whole team at Winkworth Bath. We are first time landlords. They found tenants for our flat very quickly ( after a long and unsuccessful period with another Bath agency) and have always taken the time and trouble to offer advice and help when we most needed it. The team (Denise, Christina and Maddie) are efficient and very friendly - I would have no hesitation in recommending them without reservation.

GoogleAlthough I’m English, I haven’t lived in England for 37 years and was rather nervous about renting a flat in England. I tried several agents but nothing they came up with looked like the kind of thing I wanted. However, when I explained to Denise what I was looking for, she came up with what looks like a perfect match, and since then has been tireless in answering my questions and smoothing the way for me.

GoogleWe had such an issue with paper work, but Denise helped us all the way through and stuck with us and was very responsive and helpful with everything and every obstacle which was thrown her way. I am very happy and comfortable renting with Winkworth and looking forward to the future thanks to them, and especially Denise.

GoogleTop class service. Of the 3 agents I contacted in Bath about viewings Winkworth were the only one to return my request, in this case within an hour. From having an offer accepted to moving in took only 10 days and this was simply down to the professionalism of all the team in the Bath office. You should give the others in Bath a lesson in sales and client management. Thank you, Robert and Karina.

Denise has a thorough understanding of all aspects of residential tenancies and is ably supported by a very professional team. Even at the most trying moments Denise remained positive and is the essence of keeping calm and carrying on. GoogleWinkworth’s have provided an excellent service in the sale of my late mothers property. This was a difficult and emotional time for me and my sister and there were some issues regarding the house that caused delays. However, the sale was finalised and this was in no small part due to the professional service provided by this estate agent.

They also provided invaluable assistance with our old tenancy agreement which we felt went above and beyond their responsibilities and left us feeling that they genuinely care.

GoogleI initially called Winkworth to ask about commercial rentals. I spoke to a young lady called Denise who advised me that Winkworth did not have any commercial rentals available. Unlike over agents who ended the call there and then, she had the courtesy to recommend other Bath agents who did offer commercials rentals. Thank you for your time and courteous manner Denise.
