GoogleIt was rather nerve racking when we let out our brand new apartment in Bath, luckily Denise was on hand to take us through the process in an efficient and friendly manner. Lovely tenants were found quickly and teething problems resolved with the builders promptly. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you Denise.

I have just made a major relocation from Manchester and Denise made the process so seamless. This has made the entire experience less stressful. GoogleThey give little care towards people wanting to rent. Promising multiple things to be done on the property I had rented before moving in. Failed to do everything. Even just replacing the toilet seat. Also allowing the landlord to basically scrutinise myself by taking money from the deposit over posting the keys through the letter box just after closing time of the agency and not in the morning due to working full time. Basically a company out for themselves. They are stereotypical liars! And I 100% wouldn’t recomend.

GoogleThe letting process was as fast and easy as possible with the agency showing great flexibility. Although the reactivity in respect to action required in the flat during the first weeks of tenancy was not entirely in line with our expectations, everything went back to normal and even high standard as soon as Denise joined the team and tackled the issues. She was of great help until the end of tenancy which she made smooth and easy beyond expectations. Definitely a friendly and efficient 5* lettings manager.

GoogleI've worked with a few estate agents and have to say the professionalism and polite manner they have shown me and my family have made the process a pleasure (almost)... Iona in particular made the process easy and I felt with her as our agent everything went as smooth as it could have and if we ever do (not for a while) I will use these guys and hopefully have Iona as the agent.
