GoogleMatt and Lucy sold our family home in March 21. I can honestly say that they were exceptional. We could have gone with one of the big names in Bath as it was a higher value property but we had known Matt and Lucy in their previous companies and felt that they genuinely wanted to sell it for us. The decision was proved right very quickly - they were both always at the end of the phone and it was always one of the 2 of them who did the viewings. This made a big difference as they had taken the time to learn everything about the house and village which came through when they were showing people around. We trusted them to get it sold and they did it with enthusiasm and professionalism. I cant recommend Winkworth Bath highly enough.

GoogleWinkworth have been fantastic to be with. As a student, I have been with many different Estate Agents, and Winkworth have certainly been the best. Extremely responsive and helpful, which has been a godsend when dealing with a difficult landlord! Denise in particular has made a difficult time so much easier, and I am extremely grateful. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleIf you’re looking for a first-class service do not hesitate to use Winkworth - and ask for Denise. We were new to this (lettings) and Denise talked and walked us through the whole service. We were under some time constraints and Denise did everything she could to provide us with what we needed. Don’t look elsewhere, just contact Denise!
