The team at Winkworth B&H, especially my agent Sarah, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from viewing rental properties to signing the contract, moving in, and eventually moving out after living in the property for three years. As this was my first time living in the UK, I had many uncertainties, but Sarah’s support made everything go smoothly.
Even after moving in, Sarah was always quick to respond and flexible in addressing any questions or concerns I had over the three years. I truly feel lucky to have come across her and the Winkworth B&H team.

GoogleToby and his team at Winkworth B&H have been the best company I have ever moved with. Toby is always calm and cheerful, yet realistic. And he is a brilliant negotiator. We only ever wanted this one property, we looked at nothing else, and now we are here! Toby led us to all the trades we needed, for our existing and new property, he even lent us his broadband router as no broadband here. We also worked with the helpful and informed solicitor Toby recommended from his own house move. The team behind Toby always knew who I was and what was happening, or would quickly find out. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. Winkworth were selling the place we wanted hence we went with them. Not an obvious choice as we live in Kemptown village, and Winkworth are in Hove. But I would definitely recommend them wherever you are buying in this area. I cannot fault the whole process, and such nice people to deal with. Alli

They made the process very simple and lead us through each step. We were also able to leave the keys with Toby and he would let various tradespeople into the property which made our lives alot easier as we live 2 hours from Hove. GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience this agency from the start, communication was poor. We were promised follow-up emails that never arrived, and even something as basic as taking down our email address correctly proved difficult for them.
These repeated mistakes wasted our time and made the process unnecessarily stressful. It's unfortunate, as we expected a more professional standard of service from a company in this field.

They then had the audacity to ask me why I left a one star review. When I explained why he hung up. This is how I read it: winkworth couldn't be bothered to call me back because the property had already sold. On balance you deserve 1 star.

GoogleSarah Russell was lovely to deal with and she knew what I was looking for by way of a rental. All the paper work was handled swiftly, communication was excellent, and I picked up keys as planned a few weeks ago. There are many lettings agents that have advertised properties on rightmove and then when you turn up to view the property it is nothing like the pics and in complete disarray. This was not the case with Winkworths. As I had also seen another property a few months prior. So more than happy to recommend. Also Sarah has such a friendly and professional manner.

GoogleI can honestly say Winkworth Hove have been our lifeline for our tenancy.
We had a wealth of issues with the flat which were dealt with quickly, without question or contestation. Sarah and Toby have helped with everything from issues with contractors (who they no longer work with, don't worry!) to replacing appliances within 24 hours when they break down!
If you're considering a move there's nothing they can't deal with, and they're always happy when they pick up the phone, something very rare in this industry :)
