GoogleAdam and his team were very professional and patient when problems arose. We are aware that buying and selling property is a very stressful time, but with someone like Adam it smooths the path, If we ever have the occasion to use a Brighton & Hove Estate Agent again it will only be Adam at Winkworth.

GoogleI've rented in Hove for the last 15 years and can honestly say that Winkworth have by far been the best letting agents I've have used in that time. Sarah Russell, the Lettings Manager has been so helpful through-out our tenancy and we really appreciated everything that she did for us. I would highly recommend using Winkworth for your next move.

FacebookPretty clear this company isn’t interested in protecting tenants rights and intends to circumvent new laws designed to relieve tenants of the burden and pressure of over priced fees. Make landlords pay fees, they are the ones who have money coming in off the transaction! The housing situation in the uk is making thousands homeless! Dear Laura Thank you for taking the time to review Winkworth Brighton & Hove, with regards to our A board situated at the front of our office. GoogleI found Winkworth to be a breath of fresh air! Viewings were efficient and calm with no hard selling (which always puts me off)! Once I'd made an offer, Adam and his team were easy to contact and remained positive and cheerful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleI never thought I’d be writing a glowing review for a lettings agent (in the past my experience with estate agents hasn’t been ideal). BUT Sarah Russell has blown me away with her “nothing is too much” attitude. From the beginning of the process (I’m a tenant) it was clear she cares deeply about the properties as if they were her own and treats her tenants with respect and care. She deals with everything IMMEDIATELY, is always upbeat, intelligent, sensitive and friendly. Extremely efficient, she literally sorts out any problem within minutes. Toby has also been fabulous, they work together brilliantly. If I was ever to sell or rent I would trust my property/friends looking to rent out/home with Sarah. Very, very impressed. It made the process of moving and renting very relaxing.

GoogleThese guys really earned their commission. The team at Winkworth are experienced negotiators who know what they are doing and give good advice. In a difficult market with a difficult chain the Winkworth team went over and above to help everyone along, especially as one of the other estate agents did not seem to be doing their job. They give good and realistic valuations and have their finger on the pulse of the market. I would highly recommend them.

I’m not going to lie when I first decide to go with them I was super nervous. not knowing and totally trusting someone you never meet with your money was scary but that was the best decision I’ve made and I risk it!! Take the risk and you'll thank me later. GoogleIf you want to sell a house , go to Winkworths in Hove! . Toby knows his stuff and the process is seamless. Our house sold without us having to worry - ans the calmness of the team was so very reassuring. In fact it took just five weeks . All the little details that can stop things, they dealt with simply. What more can one want in a process thqt can be extremely stressful. As well They are a fantastic team and when they say they will do something, it happens. We have been very happy clients. Letting and managing a property is a big responsibility and from the very start we knew that they were going to take away any worries that can come up from letting a house. Things break in houses, electricity needs to be updated, gas certificates need to be achieved and all manner of things have to be replaced. None of this is planned but with a good agent, it never becomes a problem as it is always sorted very quickly. All of them are charming and it has been a pleasure to have them look after our house.
