Absolutely 5 star service! Having tried unsuccessfully to sell my house through one of the largest Brighton agencies several times, I decided to try Winkworth. I was so glad I did! Despite a couple of major obstacles that might well have de-railed the sale, this agency still secured it. I am so grateful to them for their enduring professionalism and positivity.

We wanted to post this Review even though we (regrettably) didn't use Winkworths to sell my Mummy's flat as we just fell into using the agent who was closest to us and could 'talk the talk'. We were very impressed when our sale fell through how fast Toby moved into giving us his assessment of the flat and the way he didn't 'diss' our current agent but delicately explained how much more sensitive his agency would be in handling all the time wasters. In the end our original buyer returned to the fray and we didn't jump need to jump ship. But it left us with the impression that the choice of agent to sell your house is so very much more complex than at first seems the case. Winkworths Hove are a very genuine, trustworthy team and I couldn't recommend them higher.

This is the 2nd time that Winkworth, Hove office have completed a house sale for me and I cannot rate them highly enough with five stars. Led by Adam Hinchliffe, their customer service is extraordinarily good; communication is prompt and honest; their attitude is positive and realistic and they really do go the extra mile to get a sale through in a tough market. I’ve listed with other agents, some bigger, some with ‘top end’ reputations but Winkworth easily out performed them on all counts and got the viewings and then the sales. I rate them as the best agents I’ve ever instructed.
