I’m just completing a particularly stressful house purchase in Lincoln (first-time buyer) and Matt has been instrumental in making sure that the process ticks along as smoothly and quickly as possible. There were a few unexpected problems which cropped up (cue legal jargon) which resulted in delays and confusion, but Matt was so informed and so approachable that I often approached him for his opinion and insight before speaking to my own solicitor! I would wholeheartedly recommend using Winkworth to any buyer thinking of listing their home who wants comprehensive service 😊 Thanks again, Matt!

Although I didn't deal with them direct. In the process of buying a property they were selling there agent Matthew was amazing when I had questions to the sellers. He was a great communicator and when I spoke to his colleagues and left a message I always got a call back and follow up emails if needed to ensure all information was passed quickly and efficiently. From my limited time dealing with them I would recommend them for you house selling needs.

We have been dealing with Winkworth in Sleaford for a number months in respect of a property we wished to purchase. Every contact we have had with the office has been very efficient and all members of staff have been helpful and friendly. There were some delays caused lower down the chain but Matt Bouch worked tirelessly to keep us informed on a regular basis and we are convinced that his energy was pivotal in seeing things through to exchange. We hope and expect to be in our property for a long time but should we ever need the services of an estate agent we would go straight to Matt at Winkworth and would heartily recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Lauryn-May Mackinder from Winkworth. She is extremely professional, responds to emails very quickly, and is always helpful despite her young age. Very good with finding Tenants for our property. Not for the first time, the service we received from Winkworths has been exemplary. The first time, some years ago, we weren't even their clients and the service was impressive so it was inevitable that we would use them for our latest move. From the initial contact to the final handover, we couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication at all stages, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Handling views and handling the chain, the attention to detail and care has been impressive. For once, I can say without fear of contradiction that these guys earn their money. Thank you for making a stressful time, quite a bit less so

I had an amazing experience with Winkworth agent. Quick service & very trustworthy. Specifically staff Mr.Lonnie was very professional and guided me through the process. He was very kind and helpful. It was very difficult to get a rent a home when I newly arrived in UK.Only Lonnie understood our situation and arranged good house for me.I asked him a lot of questions never rushed and made the whole process very smooth. Lonnie took care of everything. I live abroad so relied heavily on Lonnie to manage everything. He found a tenant before the advert even went live, he sorted out all the necessary checks and liaised with the tenant throughout. He just sent me the bear minimum of things to check and sign, always simplifying and summarising for me. I would highly recommend Winkworth (in particular Lonnie) for any landlord.

Having used Winkworth for well over 15years I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of renting out your property. They do all the hard work for you, from finding the right tenant to organising whatever maintenance may be needed.
