Lonnie Webb at Winkworth has been a delight to work with. Looking for a new home when new to the country is a stressful thing and Winkworth team has been more than helpful. Lonnie especially ensured that he kept a good log of our requirements and urgency and delt with it accordingly. He is dedicated, good communication skills and empathetic. Needless to say that our move has been smooth and we are very happy with our new rental property and area. It was worth the wait. Lonnie has been an excellent replacement for Louise, who I had an excellent working relationship with. One of our properties came up for Let recently and this property has been re-let with only 1 week empty allowing for the moving processes. Great service and a great result all round which we are extremely pleased with. Lonnie has also sorted out the necessary safety checks as part of this and made it a very stress free process. First class estate agents. Matthew was above and beyond exceptional. We was in a chain and we wouldn’t of moved if it wasn’t for him, when other companies agents simply didn’t care. Very rare you find someone that genuinely is professional, knowledgable, passionate and takes pride in their job and Matthew certainly does. Made us feel like we were his only client and nothing was ever too much. Communication was always instantly replied. Forget the other estate agents as winkworth are the only ones to consider.

horrendous company, day we moved in fence panels were fallen apart with nails exposed (high risk to our 3 year old) and there has been a mould and damp issue, winkworth tried to blame us but after a inspection for the mould it turned out to be mostly due to ventilation issues which made the house unfit for habitation, winkworth have since denied there ever being an issue with mould and damp but I have emails forwarded to me from a previous tenant raising the damp and mould issues dating back to 2016 they have known about this for years and are still happy move to move us and our 1 year old (at the time) into a property with a dangerous health risk.... this is an absolute disgrace and I will be putting a claim in to recieve rent back due to living in a house unfit for habitation. upon moving out they have made various false claims such as (we haven't cut the side garden) we did not have a side garden and the picture they sent us we discovered is free hold land so they are trying to make us pay money for a garden that's not even part of the property they then claimed the landlord spent a huge amount of money getting 3 trickle vents fitted... (£3 per vent, and up to 6 to 8 holes drilled in the window frames) winkworth won't like this and try to deny it but I have all the proof I need
