GoogleHave just completed on the sale of my house and I felt the need to leave a review to commend the commitment and professionalism of Sarah and her team at Winkworth estate agents in Sleaford. We elected to go with them, despite them not being the cheapest option as we were very impressed, from the initial valuation, to the advertising they afforded our property, to the determination to get what proved to be a difficult and protracted sale over the line. At some point every member of the team was involved in this process and all were very capable. I must say a special thanks to Matt for being ever present and keeping me informed at the closing stages of the deal. All in all, they are excellent at what they do and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe have had a nightmare with this house move and I cannot praise Niall enough. He has been relentless in pursuing solicitors and other agents. He also went above and beyond in securing a new mortgage for our vendors when their lender withdrew at the 11th hour. We were very happy with the service, we would definitely use you (IF we ever move again!) and certainly recommend you. Please thank Niall on our behalf and also make sure he gets a bonus. He has gone way above the call of duty for us.

GoogleMy wife and I had to arrange our property rental remotely, which creates a number of additional issues regarding virtual viewings, credit checks and payment confirmation, contract validation, inventory checks and the handover process. Lonnie helped us through this and with his assistance and an understanding Landlord we were able to navigate our way through the process. I am very happy that we were able to arrange this rental given how much had to be done over a phone or computer but in the end with Lonnie's help and the Winkworth family, we got it done. So, once again, thank you.

GoogleAfter deciding to relocate 150 miles or so to Lincolnshire our first contact was with Sarah and Matt. Sarahs knowledge of the area and the type of property /area we were interested in purchasing in was invaluable. Matt assisted us re bookings etc for viewings and we decided to purchase a new build on a small private development. Martin has taken us on our journey the past 6 months and the overall process from start to finish has been stress free. Communication has been excellent . Regularly updated re progress and Martin communicated with solicitors answering any queries promptly and in an efficient manner. The team are totally professional and knowledgeable . The service they provide is 5 star .

GoogleI would absolutely not recommend this company they will do their upmost to make sure you don't receive your tenancy deposit back and onto of that when you accidentally pay the rent again once youve moved out they will charge you an admin fee to refund what is rightfully yours.. absolutely disgusting I will be getting in contact with the relevant authorities about their practices avoid at all costs its just not worth giving you your business.
