GoogleWe would like to congratulate Winkworth on a professional and courteous service. A special mention must go to Matt who has been invaluable during the process from start to finish. He made sure we were informed at every stage including weekly updates every Thursday. We have moved a few times and we are in agreement that Winkworth is probably the best estate agent we have dealt with, from the initial valuation process carried out by Nial, regular updates and communication between all parties. We would have no hesitation in using Winkworth again and also recommending you to anyone who is thinking about moving home. Again, thank you to you your team.

GoogleThe team at Winkworths have been second to none. We have had a turbulant house move with buyers dropping out etc. The team have been there every step of the way, supporting and helping us. We honestly believe that without the hard work and dedication of the team, we would not be getting the house of our dreams in a few days time. The team were always professional and knowledgable and we were impressed that whichever member answered the phone knew exactly where we were in the process. We have no doubts that we would use Winkworths again and recommend them to our friends and family.

GoogleEarlier this week I drove 120 miles to view a property only to have the appointment cancelled 3 hours from the appointment time. I had made it quite clear that I would be making a serious offer for the property that I was viewing for the second time. Apparently the owners accepted another offer. Very short sighted of Winkworth not to take the offer I would have made into account. Totally unprofessional. I would certainly not do business with this branch in the future.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleEveryone who we dealt with at Winkworth did everything we could have asked for and were able to answer all of our many questions. We are extremely happy with the service we have received but we hope to never move again and that is nothing to do with Winkworth but I think we have found our forever home here in Metheringham. I would be more than happy to recommend you to our friends. Can I also say from Chris coming out to see us and was lovely even though it had been snowing like mad,to Niall who had to field all of my questions and moans he is a credit to your company,and lastly but by no means least Milly who was so supportive on the weekend that we decided to pull out of 9 Field Farm. You have a great team and we wish you all well for the future.

GoogleI am in the RAF and found that I was going to be moved to the area. I contacted several estate agents in the area and found either I was ignored or they were ignoring what I was looking for. Chris in the Sleaford office took note of my requirements, and with each viewing learned from my reaction what it was I really wanted. The minute I pulled up to my house, I knew that I wanted it. I will definitely consider and recommend Winkworth to all my military friends.
