GoogleFirst of all, Fran and I would like to thank you personally for your help and support with the moving process. We were very impressed with the professionalism of team at Winkworth and happy with the service we received, which we felt was tailored to our needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth to our family and friends. Should we consider moving again, bearing in mind it took 30 years since our last move, you would be our first port of call.

GoogleI was more than happy with the service you have given over what feels a very long time. Your support and encouragement was invaluable. My praise goes to Millie in particular. She was lovely when she had to spend so much time contacting me - very cheerful and supportive. I thank you all for helping with the arduous task of house selling. GoogleGreat service at the start of our purchase. Towards the end got worse. Made it very stressful. Was fobbed off. Moving house is stressful enough without them making it harder

GoogleHaving previously bought and sold through Winkworth in the past, I had no hesitation in getting in touch with them when we decided to put our house on the market. Chris came around within 24 hours to measure up and take photos and within another 24 hours the property was going live on the market and taking pride of place in their window. We were hoping to buy a property from them and the whole team couldn't of been more helpful in finding out all of our queries, even providing names of reputable tradesmen in the area. Our property sold within 24 hours, partly because Winkworth know their customers and match them to the houses they have for sale. Unfortunately due to a change in our circumstances we decided to stay in our current house, Winkworth couldn't have been more understanding. In my opinion they are definitely the best in Sleaford and can't recommend them enough.

GoogleMattew Bouch, has been excellent and very professional, infact when I eventually get to Sleaford, im going to call in on him and the team and thank them personally, he has arranged all the viewings knowing we where coming from a long distance, to coincide with the days we could view and has always answered our questions promptly and rang back when he said he would,yes I would recommend winkworth in Sleaford,they are a great team.

GoogleI liked the valuation service, the website, the marketing material shown to me, and the impression that you are dealing with a quality company. I was not so impressed with the agency front office, the window display which did not show any houses for sale, nor the staffs poor response to me walking into the office for the first time, or when I phoned to tell them that I would not be using them to sell my parent's home.

GoogleDont EVER rent with this company. They are hopeless. Poor organisation, poorly ran. I had no shower for 3 weeks and they did nothing about it. Poor email communication and then try to charge you when you don't respond to emails! Not helpful. They are entirely money based and fail to carry out their basic jobs. They are unprofessional in emails as well. I cannot recommend this company to anyone! Please look elsewhere

GoogleHaving recently had the need to sell a family members property I decided to use Winkworth. Overall I found that the team as a whole acted in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Whenever I found the need to contact them they were very friendly, informative and helpful. Should I need to sell again in the future I would quite happily use them again and will be recommending to others. Thanks again for all your help.

GoogleHighly recommend, brought our new house through Winkworth Sleaford and they were always quick to respond to any questions/enquiries and were always in touch and kept us updated on everything. We felt they were always at hand for us even though they were only the agent we were buying the property through. We also viewed a few properties through Winkworth Sleaford while searching for our house and again excellent service all round.

GoogleUnable to sell our house for months on end. Purple Bricks then sold the house within 2 weeks.
I am sorry you have felt the need to leave a review after all this time Mr Lawrence. We had your property for sale in 2019. You then marketed it with William h Brown in 2020 who weren’t able to sell it and then with Purplebricks, when it finally came off the market in May 2021. I know you have been talking to our lettings department recently, for reasons I won’t go into online, maybe that is the real reason for the need to review.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
