We’ve just bought our new home through Winkworth, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Christian was fantastic, super friendly, easy to talk to, and his charisma made the whole process much more enjoyable. There were a few challenges along the way, mostly due to the property and our chain, but Christian handled every bump in the road professionally and which really helped everything to go smoothly in the end. We also really appreciated how accommodating the team was with our (many!) viewing requests, especially since the house needs a renovation and we wanted to plan ahead. The Winkworth Team at Southfields worked tirelessly to conclude the sale of our late father's property. The sales strategy was innovative and agreed in advance of marketing and the photos were excellent. The number of viewings were excellent and Winkworth responded well when an initial offer fell through by securing a replacement offer in double quick time. Winkworth were particularly efficient in their communications throughout the process using WhatsApp, Phone and Email to communicate with us as clients. The Winkworth Team, particularly Matilda were excellent during the contracting phase despite a number of issues between solicitors, Matilda went above and beyond to find a path through difficult and fraught negotiations, finding and proposing alternative solutions to help us exchange and complete.
