GoogleI have been letting through Winkworth for five years now and they have always been attentive, resourceful and efficient. They make my job so much easier and hopefully the tenants appreciate the service. Recently Sofia has been excellent at helping me resolve a few issues that have come up both in a timely fashion and with cost effective contractors. Really very much appreciated. From start to finish, they were incredibly diligent, professional and proactive in handling the letting of my property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth to anyone. GoogleMy experience as a tenant has been the best of any agent I've used so far since moving to London. Elle was great in answering any questions we had in the time before we moved in to help us to get organised. And Sofia has been a great property manager; checking in, fixing, and following up on any issues we had when we moved in.

GoogleBen and Elle at Winkworth Southfields were brilliant from start to finish. It was a big move for us and Elle refreshingly called me regularly with updates on my offer and during negotiations we felt looked after and a genuine desire to help wherever possible. We had a terrible experience with a Putney based independent prior to this where the agent purely communicated via email so it was really great to have such a proactive and positive experience. We will also be letting our property with them due to the experience. Thanks again Ben and Elle

GoogleFor the past three months, Winkworth Southfield has displayed "Under offer" signs outside my flat and my elderly upstairs neighbour's apartment, despite neither of us having anything to do with them. This has caused significant distress, particularly for my neighbour who rents her flat and is now worried the council is trying to evict her. I have contacted Winkworth Southfield on multiple occasions over the past three months. While they apologise and assure me they will remove the signs, no action has been taken. They seem unsurprised by the mistake, offering no explanation or genuine concern. This situation is unacceptable. The misleading signs are not only inaccurate but also causing emotional distress to my neighbour. I urge Winkworth Southfield to immediately remove the signs and address the concerns of their residents with professionalism and respect.

It sounds like this one may have gone astray, likely due to human error, for which we apologise. Please can you get in touch to let us know where in Southfields the board is so that we can ask our board company to remove it urgently? As we do not yet know the location or the specifics of any previous contact we cannot yet work out why, if the board is inaccurate, it has not been removed previously. Once we have more information then we can look into what has happened in more detail to ensure it does not happen again.

GoogleWe recently bought our new house with Winkworth Adam and the whole team at the Southfields office were very accommodating to our requests, always willing to help and find solutions based on their expertise with previous clients. What we most appreciated from them was, pushing the sale forward, keeping all parties informed and offering to help -and to chase- other parties that were not being as promptly as they were. All in all, we have a very positive experience throughout . Thanks Adam, Doug and the team for your work during the last 2 and a half months.

GoogleTheir staff was very professional. They replied to all our inquiries in a timely manner, showed up on time for appointments and managed to sell our flat in a relatively short time. There were indeed some delays, because we put our flat for sale just before the first lockdown. But they clearly have a good database of potential customers because they managed to arrange a good amount of viewings. Overall we're satisfied and would recommend WinkworthPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWhilst searching for a student friendly apartment in Putney we stumbled across winkworth which were a great help to us. The process of getting the flat, the contracts and the starting process was broken down for us and made it easier to understand We got paired with the property manager jess, who is a credit to winkworth, she has helped me and my friends across different situations regarding the flat, any thoughts, comments, or issues we were able to bring to jess and she would deal with them in a timely and respectful manner.
