We recently bought a house in Highcliffe through Winkworth after moving from Australia. Nick was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient with us. The house purchase process is very different in the UK than in Australia, and Nick kept us informed at every stage. Unfortunately, due to our recent relocation to the UK, our mortgage application was substantially delayed, and Winkworth were fantastic at keeping the communication open between us and the vendors so that we didn't lose the house. My experience with Winkworth as a first-time buyer has been nothing but positive. Right from the off when I narrowly missed out on viewing a flat before another person had made an offer Harvey Banger introduced me to another property, he thought might suit me. I've had dealings with many of the estate agents in Highcliffe over the years. I only wish I had chosen to use Winkworth first instead of last. I can recommend Winkworth wholeheartedly.
