GoogleWinkworths are amazing, all the team were very responsive and proactive, going far beyond the extra mile to ensure that my sale went through. Despite the numerous and seemingly endless obstacles that sprung up with my sale on the legal side, they relentlessly did everything they could to enable the issues to be sorted out, far above what would be expected of an estate agent. GoogleNatasha and the team at Winkworths recently sold our property for us and we would highly recommend them. We chose Winkworths after viewing a property to buy with Natasha who impressed us with her knowledge of the property and the time and care she showed us as potential buyers. She found us a buyer at above asking within one week of meeting her, which was brilliant, but we were also very impressed with her knowledge, guidance and advice throughout the remainder of the process which can always be stressful no matter how straightforward the sale. Highly, highly recommend.

GoogleNatasha is a star... my Mother’s house had been on the market for a number of months with another Estate Agent & no buyers .... Winkworth worked tirelessly to find a buyer so my Mother could move in with me so I could look after her. COVID came upon us but this didn’t stop us we had a few buyers in the end !! Natasha is like a telephone directory eg: gas, electrician, removal of unwanted items the list is endless. Natasha went well above what a Estate Agent is required & I would recommend Winkworth Tunbridge Wells 100%. A big thank you to Natasha & her team.

To our total surprise, the whole experience was seamless from the initial meeting and valuation to the exchange of contracts and completion. Natasha and her team were professional and communicative, and pre-empted many of our questions and concerns. Potential buyers were properly vetted, and all viewings and offers were systematically submitted to us on a daily basis - absolutely brilliant! Natasha's work ethic is exemplary. It was a pleasure to work with Winkworths Tunbridge Wells, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy a first class service selling their house.

GoogleBuying our home through Winkworth couldn’t have been a more pleasurable experience. Hannah has been outstanding and delivered a first class service throughout the buying process. Having dealt with some rather stuffy estate agents elsewhere in Tunbridge Wells, it’s fair to say they could all take a step out of Hannah’s book. She is a credit to Winkworth and I wouldn’t think to go elsewhere when buying or selling a property.
