Outstanding Service from Ed and the Winkworth Tooting Team We can’t thank Ed enough for everything he did to help us sell our home. This wasn’t a straightforward sale. We were on the market for quite some time, lost buyers along the way, and experienced plenty of ups and downs. Throughout it all, Ed remained calm, positive and incredibly supportive. What really stood out was his communication. He always kept us updated after viewings, was honest about buyer feedback, and never made us feel like we were chasing for information. He was proactive, approachable and always willing to talk through ideas and strategies. Ed genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. He worked tirelessly to secure viewings, liaised closely with buyers and other agents, and was instrumental in helping us navigate a complicated chain. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We’d also like to thank Lauren, Nadine, Hannah, Michael and Amy who were always friendly, professional and happy to help whenever we spoke with them. It really felt like a team effort, and we always felt well looked after. Selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience, but having a team like Winkworth Tooting guiding us through the process made a huge difference. We would highly recommend Ed and everyone at Winkworth Tooting to anyone looking to sell their home. Absolutely shocking service. My viewing was cancelled less than an hour before the scheduled appointment, by which time my partner and I were already 30 minutes into our journey. I had also arranged to leave work early specifically to attend the viewing. As a result, we had to turn around and head home, wasting both time and money travelling during peak rush hour. To make matters worse, the lady who called to cancel- Denusha Sivanesan- was rude and dismissive, showing little regard for the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this company.

We had an outstanding experience with Matthew as our main contact point, but Nicky and the whole office were incredibly helpful when we spoke with them too. Matthew gave us genuine advice and guidance when looking for a new home, and was very helpful through the end to end process, including the important offer stage. The whole team were very quick to reply and accommodate short notice requests, and gave us proactive updates too. Matthew is one of the best estate agents i have worked with. It is so refreshing to have someone who gives you honest advice and views and genuinely listens to what you are looking for (and budget), rather than just send every property that comes to market. I’ve really appreciated Winkworth’s assistance since moving into one of the flats they manage. I’ve been renting for just over a decade and they are definitely the best agent I’ve had as a tenant, they are professional, responsive and have a good repairs and maintenance reporting system. I want to particularly call out Mohammed A. who has been the property manager for my flat since moving in. He’s been very helpful and responsive with answering any questions about the utilities of the flat and assisted me reporting the maintenance queries with the flat. He’s knowledgeable and thorough in his responses and generally provides an excellent tenant service. I would recommend renting under Winkworth to friends and family.
