GoogleThomas Syms of Winkworth Tooting was excellent throughout the process and I'd highly recommend him and the estate agents. Thomas was quick to respond and offered helpful advice - a big plus since we were first time buyers. He was flexible on viewings and had a good relationship with the sellers to get things done efficiently. His recommendations on other services were valuable too, specifically his mortgage brokers. Overall, he was a consumate professional and was very insightful about the whole process.

GoogleI had previously tried to sell my flat a few years ago with a different agent and it wasn't a fun experience, so I went into this sale with a bit of trepidation. But right from the initial valuation I had absolute confidence in Winkworth. They knew their market and they knew the area. They told me exactly who they would market it to and didn't overvalue it (or undervalue it either). Connor Marney ended up being the one in charge of my sale and he kept me informed at all times. He'd done a tour of the flat before showing it to potential buyers (which had not happened with my previous agents), so he knew what to highlight, and I never really worried that it wouldn't sell. And it did - very quickly - to a keen buyer. And they stayed in touch throughout the process between offer and completion, answering the buyer's further questions. It was one less thing to worry about in what can be a stressful process. Excellent service.

GoogleThomas has been a great help throughout the process of myself and my partner buying our first home. He's been with us from the very beginning of the purchase process (initial viewing) all the way through to exchange and completion. As first time buyers we didn't really know what to expect from the process, but Thomas has always been on hand to help us (helping with arranging last minute viewings with the seller and guiding us through the entire process). GoogleThomas Syms was brilliant, without his outstanding levels of communication we could have lost our purchase. We agreed a purchase at a price we were extremely happy with, despite being under offer another agent kept following up with our vendor, without Thomas’ help we could have lost the sale. His reassuring manner bought us the time required to secure our mortgage and complete at the agreed price, he is an exceptional asset to the agency and a contact I will be keeping in touch with long term.

GoogleZaira, our property manager improved a lot our experience with the letting agency. It started as a 3 star because of previous property manager, a guy called Barry, calls with him were always difficult and resolving issues took a very long time. Good property managers are hard to find and someone with geniune interest in people is even harder to find, our experience turned into a 5 star one since Zaira manages the property.

GoogleI've just purchased my first flat with Thomas Syms from Winkworth as the estate agent. When first viewing the property I found Thomas to be very knowledgeable, he could answer all of my questions about the flat and about the wider process. He also made it very easy to schedule two viewings around my busy work schedule. Later in the process Thomas was responsive and helpful. As a first time buyer I found his guidance to be really benficial. I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone in a similar position.
