GoogleWould highly recommend Winkworth. I dealt with Thomas Syms from the Tooting branch who was brilliant right the way through the process from negotiating and agreeing the offer up until exchange of contracts. Great communicator organised and has shown a strong level of care throughout, which is all I could ask for!

GooglePeople who gave them more than 1 star should get their heads scanned. These lot are the most unprofessional, uneducated, absolute greedy and regardless of their responsibilities type of agency. I hope they go out of business !!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Winkworth in selling our London flat in a very challenging time for property as a whole. As a company they provided the best service with the best attitude out of the agents we met with and for the lowest fee! Our main contact Thomas Syms really couldn't do enough for us, was super friendly and approachable and explained all the parts of the process in a down to earth way. He really went over and beyond to get the sale across the line!

GoogleWas looking for a place to rent. Found a lovely place, called for a viewing. Left details, but alas no callback. Place still on the market. If I were a landlord wondering why they haven't rent outy place I'd takey business elsewhere. Shoddy service...

GoogleI've had a lovely experience purchasing my first home with Thomas Syms from Winkworth. He has been very positive, friendly and helpful throughout the process. He got what I was looking for early in the search and really helped me to find the place that was right for me (even though I didn't think it from the pictures at all!). He kept me up to date every step of the way, and whenever lawyers weren't responding he could help move things along quickly. Thank you!

GoogleI have had such a good experience selling my home in Tooting with Winkworth. Thomas Syms managed the whole process from start to finish. We have bought, rented and sold a lot of houses over the years, but we have never had an agent who has been so professional, persistent and such an excellent communicator. He kept us updated all the way through, knowing exactly what was going on with the buyers and solicitors. I don’t think our solicitors could have a managed without Thomas as a go-between! He really was fabulous. Would recommend to anyone.
