Highly recommended! We could not have asked for a better experience. We were buying our first home in the UK and as expats were unsure of the process, but Thomas Syms at Winkworth Tooting made the whole purchase so easy. He found us the perfect property and was always very proactive and open with communication. He went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible (and done in record speed as both us and the seller were keen for a quick sale), all while keeping a smile on his face and being genuinely lovely to deal with throughout.

I couldn’t recommend Winkworth enough and particularly Michaela Angle!! Over the last few years I have dealt with numerous estate agents both buying and selling and none have come close to Michaela. She has gone above and beyond and I trust her and her advice implicitly, this is down to her great communication throughout even after my sale, her knowledge and experience of the housing market, and local area made such a big and personal selling process easy and worry free Unlike every other estate agent I’ve used where contact is non existent and it’s all about the sale and dump, Michaela has been an honest breath of fresh air and I’d love to be able to work with her again.

Charlie initially came round to inspect my flat and was very friendly and helped with providing lots of comparisons on price. It was a tricky time to sell so hard to advise exactly on price etc but I felt pretty confident in what he was saying. The listing process was very smooth and quick. Nathan and Kadeem kept me up to date with viewings and feedback in a efficient manner also. Once the offer had been placed, Charlie helped with the negotiation and kept me informed. Nathan then went above and beyond to help the sales progress, chasing both solicitors etc, and ensured both myself and the buyer were kept informed. He helped push things along and was great. Its hard to say if you would get a higher price with a different agent, who knows but I would definitely recommend Winkworth Tooting for their customer service and help in getting the sale to completion. Charlie Mitchell and his team are re-inventing the world of estate agency with their boutique approach to selling! From first meeting Charlie when he came to do the valuation at our house, we were immediately put at ease by his friendly, yet professional approach and the honest way in which he explained the market conditions to us. These high levels of integrity were sustained throughout the marketing period when the rest of the team, Angus and Nathan carried out viewings and fed back to us immediately afterwards. I highly recommend Winkworth, and Angus Morton in particular. Angus listened exactly to what I asked for and only showed me properties within my scope and budget, without wasting anyone's time. Angus spent a long time with me in the final flat making every effort to facilitate viewings, where Angus was unavailable to do a viewing Nathan stepped in. Angus handled the negotiations between myself and seller respectfully yet instilling a sense of confidence that a common ground between my initial offer and the original asking price would be achieved. Angus was also very patient with my travel schedule and work commitments that often meant that I was overseas or out of contact for periods of time during the end of negotiations. I ended up exchanging and completing on the same which was pretty unexpected (there were some delays with the vendor that were totally out of everyone's control) however Charlie (Angus had some time off) at Winkworth made sure that the deal was pushed over the line by corralling both sets of solicitors and dealing with my frantic calls with real stoicism. I have ended up with a exactly what I was after, a flat I can make my own and live in for a good few years with a garden in the area that I love. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone, their professionalism was poles apart from their peers in the same field. Thanks Guys!
