However, they were utterly professional in their approach to all the hurdles and made me feel comfortable all the way through. Ariana was so kind, keeping my spirits up and kept me constantly informed which meant I did not get as stressed as I could of done? He really took on board what our needs were and compared to other estate agents we visited, we felt that he was genuinely trying to match us to our ideal property. There was no ‘sales pitch’ and we weren’t shown anything that didn’t suit our requirements.

GoogleWe've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. She was responsive, knowledgeable, articulate and personable. I really felt like she was fighting my corner and on my team at all times. We were buying a family home and there’s an emotional tag that comes with this - she offered continual advice about all aspects (both buying and selling), along with recognising and easing my anxieties about delays and set backs, which were entirely out of Winkworth’s control. If ever things felt like they were stalling or going off-course, she was there to immediately steer it back in direction. However through this very stressful time, Winkworth Southbourne kept on top of everything - huge thanks to Fergus who kept me sane during all the madness. He definitely was the glue that held the whole thing together. Constantly updating me even in his own personal time if it called for it and I felt he had a personal commitment to make sure the sale completed. Thanks to Hettie for the numerous viewings, she got to know my house better than me � and to Matt for his patience during some stressful phone calls �. The lease extension on my flat took an age to go through and Fergus was the only one to stay in touch throughout the entire process. I knew that if this is how he was with me, this would be the level of effort and professionalism he would deliver when it came to selling my flat and I wasn't disappointed. We're all so quick to slate estate agents and sadly it's normally for good reason so Winkworth Southbourne come as a breath of fresh air and I would recommend them to anyone. GoogleI had a viewing and my husband and I were running late, I called the office to let them know, and apparently the lady I spoke was going to pass the msg, however, it was the most awkward viewing. The lady who showed make us feel super uncomfortable, super cut, we only wanted to leave the viewing as it wasn’t nice at all. Unfortunately even tho it was a nice property, just thinking dealing with this lady push us off.
