GoogleHad a terrible experience with this estate agent. They were pushy and aggressive, trying to pressure us into making hasty decisions. It felt like they were more interested in their commission than finding us a suitable property. Their customer service was appalling, and we were left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

FacebookWe live in Hong Kong and Fergus helped us buy an investment property. The whole process was quick and easy and the customer service was fantastic. He answered any questions we had, kept in touch on a regular basis and sorted out any problems that could have arisen swiftly. Our property was rented out in days and their management of the property has been very efficient. Would definitely recommend using them!

GoogleWinkworth have been very professional but a special shout has to go to Lori, who really got things moving for us (excuse the pun)! We were renting while waiting to move into our flat and with a few phone calls, she really made it happen. We are very grateful to her.
