GoogleThey don’t even deserve one star!!!!!! On behalf of my partner with his tenancy, I have never known a service more shocking than what he has experienced. He had no heating or hot water during Christmas with a toddler and the coldest spell of winter. Winkworth shared no concern or care about the situation. They took days to respond emails, days to support on an electrician to come out. Cancelled appointments as none of the staff were unable to meet to help arrange for engineers to come out. Resulting in my partner having to shower at friends and family’s houses. And the most disappointing out of the neglect was that when fees were deducted to support on increased heating bills due to portable heaters they refused any support and do not care!! Do not rent properties with this heartless company!!! You should not be supporting people with accommodation. Poor poor service. I advise anyone with a tenancy or landlords to not support such a uncaring business.

GooglePEOPLE, PLEASE AVOID - I beg you! Absolutely shocking! They do not care about their tenants. Issues when we first moved in and they called us 18 hours before moving in to say they had forgotten to do their check and the move had to be delayed 1 week despite us already moving out of our other property leaving us homeless. Couldn’t care less. Heating failed to work for 33 days over Dec 2025/ Jan 2026. This also included intermittent hot water working (this was in this years cold snap). 4 engineer visits later, they are taking no responsibility for the finding the issue. No repayment offered for having to use 5 extra heaters and heating bill rising. No consideration for me having to move out of the house for a number of those days and me not able to see my child in the house. No consideration for the time taking out of mine and family members days to let in engineers. From start to finish, the most unprofessional company and people. I will be going back to a small claims court. PEOPLE PLEASE AVOID

GoogleRude staff, highly passive aggressive in nature and they take an age to fix anything. It took a year for a window to be fixed and two years for a leaking front door. They use a one man band to fix everything and he does a good job but is stretched far too thin. Many a job was started only for myself to finish as they 'ran out of time'. Several of the light fittings never worked and we were promised they would be fixed, which they were, three days after we moved out. We were charged over £400 to paint a door when moving out, the same door brand new in b&q is £250. They had a five star rating when we rented three years ago, evidently things are slipping...
