We recently completed on the sale of our home with the team at Winkworths Winchester, and I genuinely can’t thank them enough. This isn't the first time we have used them, which is why we continue to come back. From the outset, they were calm, professional and incredibly responsive. What stood out most was their ability to keep momentum during what was at times a highly complex and emotionally charged process. They communicated clearly, chased proactively when needed, and always struck the right balance between being reassuring and being realistic. A particular thank you to Dan, Donna and the wider team, who were consistently approachable and solutions-focused. They managed expectations well on both sides and helped navigate some tricky timing pressures around exchange and completion with care and integrity. Selling a family home is never just a transaction, and Winkworths understood that. I felt supported throughout, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Winchester. The team at Winkworths were, on the whole very good. The sales team always kept us informed about viewings and followed up on feedback from viewings. Donna, in particular was amazing and helped us go from offer to completion within 6 weeks. However, I have dropped them a star for not knowing what was happening to Andover Road (I had to supply the information) and not explaining to buyers that there was potential for side access by simply installing a gate.

In the last 15 years I have used Winkworth's to buy and sell my house as well as an investment flat. The flat was also let out continuously by Winkworth's for over ten years with multiple different tenants. I can't recommend them highly enough. All their staff whether it be in the lettings or the sales department have been very insightful, helpful and professional and they have consistently found the right calibre of buyer and tenant for my properties.
