Having previously had a bad experience with another estate agent, I was anxious about the process again but have been so well supported by the team at Winkworths. When we decided to sell our house in Winchester back in July last year, we sought out a number of agents but finally went with Winkworths, as the partner we dealt with (Dan) was a local lad, knew the area well, and was bullish and optimistic we could get the price we sought. It took till November to find the right buyer and, we completed end of February this year. It was a long journey, but Winkworths knew it would sell. As a result, we managed to make our dream move to Dorset :-) The team at Winkworths were professional and responsive throughout. So a big nod and thank you to the whole Sales team. If you want expert advice and a pragmatic approach to house buying or selling then Winkworth Winchester should be your first call. The team at Winkworth Winchester sold my Mum's house and despite two failed transactions, nothing to do with Winkworth, stuck at it and got it over the line. They did this in the face of a challenging market. The sales team were great along with a dedicated sales progressor, all contributed to a good result.
