GoogleWe have been letting a property through Winkworth for about a year. The company is well- run with professional and pleasant staff. (Thanks Ceri!) Although there have been very few and minor issues, anytime I contact Ceri, she has a quick response and provides excellent repair people to address the issue. Jon, the plumbing expert, has been out a couple of times and is professional and prompt. The communication between owner and letting agent must be good because things get repaired in a timely manner even if they are not urgent. I had taken for granted that this service is the “norm” in Winchester, but friends with other letting agencies have reported that I am very fortunate to have such a good letting company! Keep up the good work Winkworth! Thank you!

GoogleDonna in the Winchester Branch was amazing. She was our Progress Chaser and she phoned us every week - sometimes twice - to keep us in touch with what what happening. She also chased up solicitors on both sides and left no stone unturned in her efforts to secure our sale. Daniel, as always, was the most helpful, frank and, dare I say it - honest estate agent I know. I will always go to him . We are thrilled with the service we received from this branch and cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleFrom start to finish the team at Winkworth in Winchester were professional and knowledgeable. We sold and bought through them and they advised wisely on all fronts. They were helpful on giving us numerous options for outside consultants such as removals allowing to shop around to get the best price/service and without their proactive approach to the process I am sure our move would not have been as smooth as it was. GoogleI have been using Winkworth (Winchester) for a number of years regarding the Letting of my house. The majority of my dealings have been with Karen who has consistently been outstanding & excellent and has been my 'go to' point of contact. Less frequent contact is with Ceri who is always extremely responsive, polite and competent. The only reason for providing a 4 rather than a 5 is Winkworth's transparency on fees. Please note, this is not related to either Karen or Ceri.

GoogleThe team at Winkworth Estate Agents have done an excellent job with marketing and selling our property and persevered throughout the many challenges of the Covid lock down. Their market knowledge of the local area proved to be accurate as was their property valuation. I am very pleased with the manner in which the negotiations with the eventual buyers were carried out and a deal agreed.
