GoogleWe have just sold our flat through Winkworth’s Streatham office. The service we got from start to finish was excellent. In particular Tyler who kept us updated throughout and went above and beyond to make sure our sale and purchase process got over the line. It was a particularly stressful period around exchange of contracts however Tyler was on point throughout, giving regular updates and chasing solicitors and estate agents much further up the chain to ensure we were able to exchange. He did all of this whilst keeping a good sense of humour which reduced the stress considerably. Cheers Tyler and team!

The service was very professional, Antony managed our expectation from the first meeting and Tyler told me he had a buyer in mind and low and behold, Tyler sold it to the first people viewing it. I stated my budget and requirements for a flat. Anthony listened to me and arranged viewing. At the viewing I was profoundly pleased at the fact that Anthony thought about my requirements. Anthony also answered my queries and updated me during the process of the purchase.
Not only was Anthony approachable but also other members of the Branch made me feel welcomed when I visited the Branch or telephoned. It seemed nothing was an effort.
I would have no difficulty in recommending Anthony Fraser or any of the staff to family and friends.

The listing wasn’t a match but the next day he sent over another option. Again, got in that afternoon and he patiently answered questions and provided insights.
