Steve worked with us with both the sale and the purchase of properties with Winkworth and we couldn't be happier. He took time to get to know us and what was important to our family, and was extremely good with our kids on viewings! Within 3 weeks we managed to get our property on the market, accepted an offer on our sale and had an offer accepted on our purchase. The whole sale and purchase was extremely efficient and Steve was always at the end of the phone when we needed him. We couldn't recommend Steve and the team at Winkworth more.

We highly recommend Tyler for tenants looking for assistance to find their next home to rent, and particularly for relocating to London. My husband and I have found the perfect place to start the first step of our journey in relocating to London, and it’s all thanks to Tyler at Winkworth in Streatham. We are in a unique situation (citizens of two different countries, coming from working on cruise ships) which could have made the process complicated and stressful, but Tyler was kind, understanding and non-judgemental from the moment we met him, and it was clear he had the knowledge and professionalism to help us succeed in our search. Finding the right home within certain budgets, ideal locations, and requirements etc. can feel quite daunting at times, but Tyler’s warmth and positivity made us at ease instantly. He was communicative, responding promptly to any of our questions or concerns, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. This move is a big step in our lives and Tyler made it happen for us. I really cannot recommend Winkworth Streatham and especially Anthony highly enough. He is resourceful, hard-working, and a great communicator. We had a really difficult process through absolutely no fault of Anthony's or Winkworth's and I really don't think we would have got it over the line had it not been for Anthony's excellent work. If you are looking to buy or sell I would strongly advise you to do so through Winkworth Streatham and especially Anthony!
