Really happy with the service from Winkworth’s, Market Deeping. Ryan evaluated our property and suggested a price, he came over as friendly and professional so we decided to go with them. We had two viewings booked straight away and we sold our house in a week (in December). We mostly dealt with Matt and he was always on top of keeping us informed of what was going on. We moved at the end of March and are now happy in our new home. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Winkworth’s Deeping again.

We used Winkworths to sell our home at the end of 2025 and it was a fantastic service from start to finish, from both Ryan and Matt. Ryan was excellent at capturing wonderful photos of our home that 100% represented the reality of our home. We were really happy with the valuation and felt it was fair against current market value. Viewings were managed effectively by Matt and we had 7 bookings confirmed within 2 days. We then went on to sell our house after 3 days of being on the market which was fantastic. We were kept informed of the process and steps all the way thorough via email, text or phone which suited us great as we couldn’t always pick up straight away! Calls back to the office were always responded to either immediately or within the hour. I would highly recommend Winkworths to anyone wishing to sell. When it came to selling a family member's house, Winkworth came highly recommended by a friend, and they certainly didn't disappoint. I contacted Winkworth to sell my mother's property after the so called number 1 for sales estate agent in Market Deeping failed miserably to make any effort in selling the property. Winkworth and Matt (who I dealt with) were a refreshing change from the previous estate agent. He kept me upto date throughout the sale with very quick communication on any queries or questions i had,exactly the opposite of the previous estate agent. Matt seemed to take all the hassle out of selling a property with a very modern approach and nothing was too much trouble for him. So if you are looking to sell your property, do not be fooled by going with the alleged best selling estate agent in Market Deeping who have too many properties on their books!! Matt & Ryan are in danger of giving estate agents a good name. From friendly but professional initial discussions and great photographs, through negotiations with interested parties then diplomatically dealing with our buyers’ questions, they helped us all the way.
