FacebookI honestly can't recommend Winkworths enough! We sold our house through them earlier this year. Like many others, Lockdown put a few obstacles in our way, but we eventually managed to move in September. Everyone in the office was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, and they went 'above and beyond' many times. They kept us fully updated all the way through the process, and helped us with chasing other parties when needed, and did everything they could to make this as easy as possible for everyone in the chain. I would recommend these guys to anyone either buying or selling, they are all such a friendly team and also extremely professional.

Skyhawk747, we apologise you feel you have been dealt with unfairly, but as we tried to explain unfortunately you were not the only client we were dealing with on the day in question, and we could not prioritise you over other appointments. You were over 30 minutes late for your viewing appointment, one of many we were carrying out that day and we only have specific time slots per appointment as we tried to convey to you.
To return to the property would have delayed or cancelled other client’s appointments. We did repeatedly try to offer to arrange another appointment time and day, but that wasn't satisfactory for you, we tried to indicate that the sellers would be unavailable to return to the property to show you round, and unfortunately that was also unsatisfactory for you. Our seller was slightly unnerved, enough to call us and make us aware, to see you banging on their front door via their ring doorbell.
