FacebookBoth Matt and Ryan were fantastic from the beginning, they understood that we had a short time frame to complete in and they did everything they could to push the sale through for us. As first time buyers and after dealing with an awful estate agents previously we were so pleased to be kept in the loop and contacted regularly!! They were fantastic at answering my 100+ questions quickly and made the whole process so much easier for us. Thank you both! :)

FacebookMatt and Ryan were so helpful, informative and never too pushy! We booked a couple of estate agents just for comparison and Matt really stood out on service. I was selling as a Power of attorney so had to take in to account my brothers views on market price and he understood that. I had the owner of another estate agents flatly refuse to market it at the price my brother wished and was rather abrupt. Very pleased to say that Matt sold my property for more than the other estate agent said it was worth (which we knew was too low anyway!) Kept us up to date, and super helpful throughout everything. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks so much guys!! :)

GoogleThis is the most useless agency I have ever seen. So many times I made appointment for viewing, traveled 3 hours for the viewing, and in the end they don’t even call you to say how is the process with your application going. And they lie a lot (Example; I went for a viewing on property, I applied for it ,after few days I received email for the same property that is still available, seeing that I called the agency and they said that first - they never received my application for this property (lie as I even went on viewing) and second they said that the property is taken already (why they are still offering it through email then) ..NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
We don't deal with lettings from this office Simona and have no record of any direct interaction with you. Winkworth is a franchise and there are around 100 offices across the country, I am sorry if you feel you have had a bad encounter with the brand, but I do have to stand up for my staff and reiterate we haven't had any dealings with you. I note this situation was a while ago and I hope it was resolved with the branch in question.

FacebookJust wanted to say a huge thank you to Matt and the team for all your help and support during the sale of our property. From the minute we started our search they were on hand to answer questions and give advice, not once in a pressured way making sure we were happy and clear at every stage. They sold our house within 48 hours and gave us lots of valuable advice on which offer to accept which led to a relatively stress free process. They have since sold my dads house in less than a week after it had been on the market with two other Deeping agents for almost a year! Really, really great guys. Highly recommended!

GoogleHaving signed up on Friday lunchtime, we were called back in the afternoon with a prospective client to view our home. They came on Saturday, and offered our asking price on Monday..... Sale then proceeded without any problems, and the Market Deeping office kept in contact all the way through. Most efficient and friendly team, good advice, and best of all, successful with our sale!

GoogleNever called me back after and enquiry on a viewing they promised to follow up on. When I chased it they had sold the property before I had a chance to put an offer in. To clarify. I'm not upset about missing out on a sale. It's the poor communication. The lack of sticking to your word. The response speaks of how inundated you were regarding the property and none of that was communicated to me at the time of viewing and I was under the assumption the vendor was being contacted on my behalf to repair the garage so I could view it. Once offers had of come in it would have been polite to update me or even your personal website or rightmove.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Hi Claire, we did arrange a viewing for you on Saturday 20th March, we are sorry you missed out on the property. The property in question received unprecedented levels of interest, with close to 30 viewings being booked in three days, we received several offers on day one of viewings, which by law we need to present to the vendor within the next working day, and as such the vendor has accepted one of these offers. should the situation on the property change, we will of course notify you directly. GoogleWe sold our house with winkworth, they sold our house within a week over Christmas 2019 and we were due to move in March 2020 but unfortunately our move got held up by our sale and then the pandemic hit which further held up our sale but winkworth were brilliant providing us with daily updates, adhering to new covid guidelines, and constantly chasing solicitors for us. GoogleAfter having our property valued by a few agents there wasn’t a doubt in my mind about who we would use. Winkworth stands head and shoulders above any other agent. Ryan did a fantastic job of marketing our house and is so professional and friendly; a perfect combination. We were always kept well informed after viewings with Ryan providing useful feedback. It’s very refreshing to find a company so proactive at calling with information rather than having to chase them up yourself. Once we had accepted an offer, Winkworth’s really came into their own. We were second from top of a really difficult chain, with last minute hiccups occurring that caused a great deal of stress. Matt handled this part of the process and I honestly doubt whether we would have completed without his support and expertise in managing the situation. He seemed to be the only agent that put the effort in to contact the entire chain to get information passed along. He’s an absolute credit to Winkworth and his fantastic working relationship with Ryan makes for an incredible team. We went on the market for one property and one only and they managed to sell our house within 6 days from the first viewing that happened within hours of going on the market! They managed all of the communications between solicitors, other estate agents, buyers etc it was a faultless service and they are so welcoming and approachable if you do have any concerns!
