GoogleReally disappointing experience. Communication when making an offer on a property was poor. Updates were slow, unclear and I constantly had to chase for information.
What annoyed me most was the push to use their recommended conveyancer. It felt commission driven rather than genuine help and seemed to matter more to them than actually progressing the offer or keeping me in the loop.
I’ve since bought elsewhere and had a much better experience. Buying a place is stressful enough without this kind of hassle. Wouldn’t recommend.
