At the start of our tenancy, communication was poor, we were left without heating for nearly two months and had to constantly chase for updates, which was frustrating. However, towards the end of our tenancy, Roopa completely turned things around. Her communication, professionalism, and understanding have been exceptional. She’s been a pleasure to deal with and made the moving-out process much smoother.

They are responsive to requests and in cases where things have gone wrong (gas boiler and plumbing) they have organised repair on behalf of the landlords very efficiently and swiftly.
