GoogleWe have recently immigrated to Surrey from Cape Town, South Africa. We saw a rental online at Winkworths we liked the look of and I immediately contacted the agent Sam. From start to finish he has helped navigate the process for us from another country, he helped with my many queries and questions and even went out to the property and took additional video footage for us, sending to me from his personal whatsapp so we could try and get a feel of the property. We loved what we saw and asked to take it, again Sam helped with the logistics of making all this work from abroad and even offered to help take delivery of some furniture for our arrival. Sam consistently went above and beyond for us and we can't thank him enough. He is a credit to Winkworths and the reason we give this review it's 5 stars - thanks again!

GooglePoor communication and professionalism. We enquired about a property and were told that a soft credit check would take 2-4 days. We received no information. We rang back after 9 days of waiting to be told that it was let agreed last week and we were told nothing. Moreover, the person on the phone cut the call short before I had finished speaking.

GoogleTerrible service over the phone. Just trying to book a viewing and apparently the office is closed (on the website it says its open from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays) I've sent an email yesterday (no reply) and called this morning at 9.30am and twice before 4pm. Terrible service
