We were extremely pleased with the service provided. My wife and I were first time buyers so were a little nervous and unsure of the process going into it but we felt in totally safe hands throughout. Everyone we interacted with at the agency was exemplary but we have to particularly mention Aaron, who was the agent we were primarily working with during the process. It's hard to imagine how he could possibly be better at his job. He was consistently friendly, positive and professional; he always seemed to be available and responded to messages and followed up on requests very quickly, and we always felt like he genuinely had our best interests at heart. It seems fair to say he goes above and beyond what is expected of him in the role and we hope he goes on to earn a fat paycheck, if he doesn't already. Can't recommend them highly enough.
