Have been looking for a new place to rent and by happenstance got in touch with Winkworth for a very last minute slot (and happily accommodated us) after seeing a very well detailed advert online. The process was straightforward and relatively hassle free from arranging a flat viewing, to showing us around, submitting offers, and finally, the rest of the paperwork. Our lettings manager Georgina has been a pleasure to deal with - very succinct and transparent with details and processes from day 1 which we really appreciate. Hello Winkworth. Would you consider making a short video about Palmer's Green as the area is seriously underated, despite the attractive visible connection to it's rich past, such as beautiful Edwardian Broomfield Park, wonderful Palmer's Green Library in a gorgeous period building, beautiful period looking flats above the shops, glorious Churches, plenty of independent supermarkets, lovely places to drink and eat, a delightful vintage railway station, really great local schools. There is so much to entice people to live and enjoy in Palmers Green, but just needs some extra help to elevate the area in people's minds, may even help to bring new traders in the area to occupy those too many vacant shops sites.

We found ourselves having to move flat at short notice as the owner of our current flat decided to sell the property on rather than continue renting it out. This time of year is when we are busiest, working out of London most weekdays. Georgina really put herself out by scheduling viewing appointments - often at short notice around our work patterns. Having sen a flat we really liked Georgina put us forward to the landlord, the referencing process took a little longer than it should have done but Georgina kept on top things ensuring a good outcome for us and the landlord. I had a great time letting through Winkworth Palmers’ green and especially our agent Georgina was exceptionally helpful at every step of the process. As it was my first time renting in London i was apprehensive at first. Georgina alleviated my worries, she was always friendly and helpful, providing open and honest advice and being on hand by email and phone to answer questions quickly. Georgina was helpful from our first appointment which was readily booked in and i was thoughtfully reminded about beforehand with details of the property making it easy to find. The tour of the property was great, we had good access and as much time as we needed to look around and ask questions which were readily answered. Afterwards I had a few questions about paperwork and extra queries about the property after signing -- these were all quickly answered. This great service made our lives a lot easier during a very hectic period! It was a really good experience renting through Winkworth, would definitely recommend them and use them again in future!

The team were professional and friendly from my very first contact with them until the last. When Ahmet initially visited to provide an outline evaluation, he showed respect but also warmth and friendliness to my elderly mother putting her at ease at a difficult time. From then onwards all the team responded swiftly and competently to questions, answered the phone and returned messages swiftly (with no excuses made on the basis of Covid). I purchased a property though Winkworth. I have been impressed by their utter professionalism, efficiency throughout the whole process. From the way they answer the phone, pass on messages to colleagues, the great quality photos on their website and efficient service throughout. William who initially conducted viewings was amazing in terms of representing my bid to the vendors and ensuring due diligence was conducted at the highest level from all bidders to ensure fairness and transparency.
