We were recommended Winkworth's Palmers Green by a friend and it was the best decision we made. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ahmet, Nick and Leila. They guided us through the whole process with kindness, professionalism and patience. They reassured us virtually daily at certain points in the proceedings, with outstanding communication and support. Nothing was too much trouble. Nick handled the majority of the queries and details once the sale had proceeded, without doubt, he smoothed out all the usual issues raised during the course of the sale. He kept everything on track liaising with all the relevant parties involved. Without his constant attention to detail, I'm sure it would have taken longer to get to through the whole worrying process. So you could say I've been on a bit of a rollercoaster selling my property. Brexit uncertainty delayed offers then a few technical delays took us into the chaos of a global pandemic. We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. I purchased a flat under very complicated circumstances which was stressful but Nick Charalambous guided me through the process and offered reassurance in my times of need! He was always calm, collected, professional and he always knew what to do to push things forwards, keeping me up to speed. The team at Winkworth Palmers Green are superb. Selling a house at the best of times can be fraught with worry and uncertainty so choosing an agent such as Wiinkworth Palmers Green is a must. Ahmet guided us through the whole process and was always at the end of the phone. Communication was excellent and we were often reminded that we were their priority so we felt listened to and reassured. Ahmet and Nick's professionalism and level of care did not just finish when contracts were exchanged, as they checked that all was well with us in our new home. They are decent, thoughtful people who have made what is usually a stressful process absolutely straightforward and easy. From the moment we listed with them, they took care over making sure all the listings were spot-on, and from the day it went on the market were really pro-active at getting lots of viewings arranged. Ben saw me through a very stressful sale and was so helpful throughout. I grew to rely on him to help resolve issues more than my solicitor and he was always there when I needed him, always phoning with updates or ready to help when the next thing went wrong! Ben went way beyond what one would expect his duties to be, liaising with the local council to get registry issues resolved with the property I was selling and keeping the buyer and their solicitor at bay so I didn't lose them.
