Marcelle was a great help from the start. I don't even know where to begin with my praise for Georgina at Winkworth Palmers Green Estate Agents. From our viewing onwards we appreciated her knowledge of the area, how organised she was and how genuinely caring about finding the right place for us. We're Creatives from Brighton and for 6 weeks we'd been coming up for viewings and struggling to prove our "worth" for lack of a better word, but Georgina made us feel just as deserving as anyone else and we felt she truly wanted to help. She went absolutely above and beyond what was expected of her when a few weeks after the viewing (we hadn't gotten the place), she called us back offering a second chance as she knew how much we loved the place. We had already agreed to move to another place but jumped at the chance (partially because we knew she'd just be excellent to deal with) and by some miracle it all worked out. Without a doubt, the best real estate agents we've dealt with, and we've dealt with alot! Had alot of issues purchasing our flat, as they person we were buying from gave us non-stop issues. If it wasn't for the excellent, professional service provided to us by the outstanding team at winkworth, our deal would have 100% fallen through.
