We recently sold our house through Winkworths, Worthing branch. Nathan was excellent in every respect and we would recommend him - and his Winkworths office- very highly. Nathan was proactive, encouraging, highly knowledgeable and unfailingly calm, even when the process hit bumps along the road. He stayed in contact throughout the process, called when he said he would, and followed up with emails etc as needed. He kept all parties informed, on board and positive throughout the sale process and it is largely down to his efforts and perseverance that everything went through smoothly in the end! Estate agents don’t always get a good press but I can honestly say Nathan bucks the trend and, based on our recent experience, deserves praise. Thank you Nathan!

I sold my house through Winkworths. I can honestly say it was the best experience of dealing with an estate agent, I have ever had. Jamie and Steve were professional and supportive throughout the process. They took amazing photographs and advertised our house on all the relevant platforms. My first impressions of Steve Magee and team were that they were very professional and extremely efficient. This proved to be so throughout the whole process. The contact and arranging to get the house up for sale went very smoothly, with good presentation and quick turnaround. The arrangements for viewing was always efficient and given in writing so there was no issues for errors. Covid protocol was well carried out and Steve and team were always ready and on time. Although the sale went through very quickly there were inevitable hiccups on the way. However, I was kept in touch and they were updating me with issues extremely quickly and finding out what the holdups were. My personal contact was with Steve and Choloe and they were not only very good at their job, but very kind to me personally.
