Adam has a great team working with him and Millie was excellent acting on behalf of my Dad on selling his bungalow. The initial valuation of the property was spot on and Winkworths really do go above and beyond the role of estate agents by chasing all the way up the chain including solicitors. They are a thoroughly professional, trustworthy business who were honest but also very friendly. As a result of their great service I would highly recommend going to them for selling your property. I know I will when I sell mine.

The team are very professional and knowledgeable knowing about local area markets, helping to set a obtainable price for our property, gave advice on on-ward purchases and were always happy to talk. Millie kept me informed all the way through the process providing either verbal updates or email ones, but also more than happy to chat if I popped into the Bourne branch while I was in town., If I am in a position to sell or purchase a property in the local area then yes I will be using Winkworths again, I have used Adam and Millie for several house transactions over the years and always ran smoothly. Happy we have managed to move to our forever home, granted this was not marketed by Winkworths, but they dealt with my sale, and Milie tireless effort chasing other vendors, solicitors, agents has been nothing short of outstanding, I think my sale/purchase was probably one of her most challenging ones this yes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Winkworth in Bourne. From the moment we got in touch with them, Millie & Adam were brilliant! Adam advised us on the best price to list ours and helped move everything forward quickly when we unexpectedly found our dream home the very same day. We viewed on a Thursday, had our house listed by Saturday, a viewing on Sunday, an offer on Monday, and our offer accepted the next day! Adam told us to expect 8, 12 weeks for the process, and we moved bang on 12 weeks later. Millie was also an absolute superstar, guiding my partner through the entire process and making sure all sides were aligned and progressing. Communication from the team was spot on: prompt, clear, and always honest. They gave us accurate advice throughout and never just told us what we wanted to hear, which we really appreciated. A big special shout out to millie not once did she turn up fed up thinking here we go again. she turned up at every property with a smile and we eventually found the right place for us finally. The service that the team gave was very professional and the customer service is second to none.
