GoogleLovely looking houses and appears to have wide enough roads. Looks to have loads of parking spaces. Not sure of prices though!

GoogleBeware! One of Europeβs largest incinerators is scheduled to be constructed only one kilometre from this site. Caveat Emptor ! Thank heavens for Google research, as weβd chosen flooring and tiles before finding out.... Redrow ....didnβt mention it....
Hello Mr. Dunn, I am very surprised you were unaware of the incinerator as we discuss this in our pre-reservation check list. GoogleWe wanted to look at a Shaftesbury to purchase on a different site. We were told which site had a Shaftesbury as a showroom So we booked in to view and put in the notes that it was this particular house we wanted to view. It was going to take 90 mins to get there so we left and received a phone call when we were half way there to confirm appointment- and by chance found out that the Shaftesbury was closed due to refurbishment. Very frustrating. We then spent an hour ringing around trying to find another site which may have a house that we could view. Apparently this is the only one. So advice would be to call ahead of your appointment if there is something in particular you want to view. We gave up.

GoogleSales staff were really helpful, lovely houses but so hard to visualise the finished properties off plan.

It can be difficult to visualize without seeing the house, however we can normally send you to a nearby development as we have a selection of show homes across the region. GoogleThis housing estate has bought an awful lot of cars to the area. And these roads are not made for all this traffic. Personally, I think they are overpriced for what you get. Not enough parking and no real front garden.

GoogleBeautiful houses going up there, my cousin just moved in and it's great prices for what you're getting, so if you're not all about that city life like me, then it's worth checking out... Shops are a 15 minute drive though
