Disgusting customer service from redrow, very upset how Kirsty spoke to me and dismissed the advice of the landscapers she should be sacked as she shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. I will be getting my solicitor involved 110 percent! Reply to you're response: Kirsty is a horrible woman! I just wish I had recorded her visit as it would have gone viral. Considering she is in customer services the level of service received and the way she has handled my complaint is extremely poor! She is a liar and when someone contacts me from head office I will prove it! I'll guarantee she won't be working for redrow when I present you the evidence I have

I’m one of the first residents to move in to Hazel Park. The sales team are fantastic and were very helpful through the buying process. However, I cannot recommend a Redrow house or this development. Our snagging process revealed that the kitchen ceiling was wonky. After 6 months of investigations and reports, it has turned out to be a significantly bigger issue and the joists running across the house are all wonky, meaning the floors and ceilings in the house are not level. Despite months of trying to agree a resolution, today Redrow have told us that they expect us to move out of our house in order to fix it. They cannot tell us how long for, where they will be moving us to, or when it will happen. They can’t tell us what work will be done, but expect us to blindly agree to significant disruption considering we work from home and have a dog. They are refusing to give us any more information until we agree to move out, which is essentially bullying and blackmailing us into agreeing. In response to the reply below - of course a formal complaint has been made, but these are facts, not feelings. Our house has breached NHBC standards and has significant defects meaning half of the house has to be taken down and reconstructed. We are being bullied into agreeing to move out of our home, with the ACM asking us over and over again “will you agree to move out” on a phone call and refusing to tell us where they are moving us, how long for and what work they want to do unless we agree. We have had 6 months of constant stress, upset, and no apology has been offered. We have now been told two weeks before Christmas that we are going to have to move out of our home with no certainty being offered. To update on this: we have not been able to use our main bathroom since before Christmas due to a leak, it’s now April. Our shower has been ripped out and we have discovered that we have been living with significant amounts of black mould since we moved in. Even though the shower hasn’t been switched on in months, the walls were saturated and the black mould has continued to grow. Redrow think this is an acceptable standard for these homes!
